Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you wish to return a product, please initiate the return by filling out the form under "Order History" to obtain a return authorization and receive further instructions.

Shipping

If your order is received before noon Central Time, in-stock products usually ship within two business days.
 
Parcel Shipping is available with the choice of three delivery speeds, depending on how fast you want your KOHLER product delivered:

Standard:

Product ships via standard parcel or postal ground service. Transit time is typically three to seven days, depending on the distance from the shipping location to your delivery location.

Express:

Shipment transit time is two business days; day one is the day after your order is shipped. For example, a product that ships on Friday (not counting Saturday or Sunday) will arrive on Tuesday.

Premium:

Shipment time is one business day; day one is the day after your order is shipped. For example, a product that ships on Friday (not counting Saturday or Sunday) will arrive on Monday.

 

NOTE: Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, as noncontiguous states, require Premium Shipping and may incur increased transit time. Products containing hazardous or regulated materials must be shipped via Standard Shipping. You may choose the delivery option based on the delivery speed you prefer. If you order two or more products, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days due to varying availability and shipping locations. There is no extra shipping charge for split shipments.

Kohler uses common carriers that provide insurance and tracking for most shipments. Some shipments may require a signature (at the driver's discretion). Shipments may require a signature if they include high-value items, certain chemicals, or in cases where the package may not be delivered securely, such as a group package delivery location for apartments or condominiums.

 

Holiday Order Processing/Shipping

 Orders received during standard U.S. holidays will not be processed until the next business day. Holidays include, but are not limited to:

• New Year's Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
 
Our goal is to maintain our normal shipping times throughout the year. Despite our best efforts, we occasionally experience unexpected shipping delays.
